The Thrilling Life of Beth

Hello!
So not much changes from day to day in the life of Beth. I live in Gilbert,AZ in an apartment. I currently have a roommate but haven't for the last year. She is just here for a few months though. I had a fabulous summer with FAMILY. I went back East with Ellie and Jo. We went to NYC, Boston and then Ellie and I spent a week in Virginia with Stuart and Marjie. I had a great time at the Reunion. I wish everyone could have made it there. I just started work this week again. I guess you can call it work but I play with preschoolers most of my day. I am starting my fourth year as a Speech Therapist. I have plans to start graduate school next year. We will see what happens.
That's about it for my news so I will tell you other exciting news about the family. I am excited to go to the airport tomorrow and see Lance get off his mission from Russia. I don't think Jo is going to get any sleep tonight she is so stinkin' excited. I talked to Peyton last week. He got off his mission about a month ago from Mexico. Great boys! I am so excited to have them back in the states with us.
Great idea Sara!

Update from Meghan and Family

Sara- what a fabulous idea for keeping in touch!
Brandon's just got a new job which brought us to San Antonio. We are excited to be first time homeowners and all that comes with it. Mom (Jayne) was a tremendous help getting us packed in San Jose and driving out with me and the kids and then helping get us organized in our new house.
Paige is 4 (almost 5) and will be starting kindergarten this year. Austin is 2 and keeps us on our toes. I'm expecting with our 3rd September 15th.
Can't wait to see how everyone is doing - love you all!

Hello from Texas

Hmmm... so far it is only Hardy children, but I am hoping to get updates on all the family. Let's see... to update everyone on our life. Todd is still working as a piano teacher in Austin and I have been working as a nanny for the past few years. Our good news is that I was placed with a new family on July 20th. Thanks to all who helped me with advice as I negotiated my new contract. Allison is 12, Natalie is 10, and Hannah is 8. As our girls are getting older the lone male in the house is starting to retreat to his cave more. These next few years are going to be exciting. Love to all!!! I can't wait to hear how everyone is doing.

Brad and Rachel's Life Update

Brad has been working with Ron Cox Builders for the last 11 years. We continue to be blessed with work even though the industry of building houses is "slowing down". He has multiple benefits with the job which include a company truck...(NO GAS EXPENSES ON OUR SIDE) HOORAY! I am starting a new job at the Primary School as an inclusion aide to an autistic boy going into 1st grade. I am really excited for the new opportunity. Young Women's (since Jan) continues to keep me busy aside from all the other responsibilities a person can have. Eric will be going onto 6th grade and will be turning 12 in February. I still don't feel old enough to have a 12 year old. Michael is going into 4th grade and is turning 10 in August. He is really excited that maybe 4th grade will be "hard enough". Emily will be 4 in November. She loves all things pink, but you can tell she has 2 brothers. She can get dirty with the best of them. Hope this finds everyone happy and healthy. Happy school year to all the students this year!

new age family letter

So maybe this won't work as well as I hope, but we are definitely in the digital age, and the reunion literature seemed to make it to everyone okay across the web. So here we go, I can invite everyone to the blog, and people can make their own posts, and add their own pictures. Just updates on your families and big news. That way everyone has the opportunity to share for themselves, and everyone also has the opportunity to see what is going on with everyone else. Best of all it's FREE! Love to all! Sara Dee
